Welcome to Our New Booking System iPal
We’re excited to introduce iPal, our new booking and payment system designed to make managing your Kanga bookings simpler, more flexible and easier to use.
Over the next few months, we’ll be gradually moving all clubs over to iPal. During this time, you might need to have both a ClassForKids account and an iPal account, depending on which club you’re booking. Don’t worry, we’ll make it clear on each club page which system to use.
Why We’re Making the Change
We want booking to be quick, flexible and family-friendly. iPal brings several great improvements, including:
✅ Book and pay your way – easily use Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers.
✅ Use your Wallet – add credit, view balances and use funds across sessions.
✅ Plan ahead – book further in advance than ever before.
✅ Monthly invoicing – spread the cost with easy monthly payments.
✅ All-in-one dashboard – manage bookings, payments, waiting lists and messages in one place.
What You Need to Do

Check which system your club is using – ClassForKids or iPal (this will be shown on your booking link).

If your club has moved to iPal, create your new iPal account – it only takes a few minutes.

Add your children, set up your details, and start booking!

Select the type of club you want to book (e.g. Wraparound Care or Holiday Clubs)

Scroll down to select session times

Hit create booking

Choose your method of payment.

If paying with a tax free childcare account you'll need to sign into your account via the link and you will need your tax free childcare booking reference number to link the accounts.
Paying with government tax - free childcare accounts
There are two options for paying with tax free childcare accounts if you have linked your account simply choose 'PAY BY GOVTAX FREE' and it will take the amount direct from your government account if available. If you have already paid Kanga via your tax free account choose 'PAY BY VOUCHER AND OTHER PAYMENT METHODS' with the reference TFC this will log the payment for us to verify.
Using Tax-Free Childcare when booking a different Kanga venue to your usual
If you’re booking a different venue to your usual Kanga provider e.g you have monthly TFC payments set up for wraparound at your child's school but they are attending a holiday club at a different venue, and you would still like to pay using your Tax-Free Childcare account, you’ll just need to follow a slightly different payment route.
This is because iPAL is linked to your usual provider’s payment setup.
What to do:

In iPAL, select Pay by voucher / Other (rather than Tax-Free Childcare)

Add TFC as the reference

Make your Tax-Free Childcare payment in your government account to the Kanga holiday club 'provider' account.

Email proof of payment to office@kangasports.co.uk
Our team will then match everything up and confirm your booking.
