HYROX & GYM

In collaboration with Commando Mindset Gym Kanga are offering two action-packed, three-day programmes designed to introduce the new popular fitness craze Hyrox to people aged 11-16.

Our Intro to the Gym, Strength & Hyrox sessions are perfect for anyone looking to build confidence in fitness, from learning how to use gym equipment safely to improving strength, and getting involved in a Hyrox competition.

We’ll also introduce you to a HYROX Sim on the final Friday – the latest global fitness craze that mixes running with functional workouts for a fun and fast-paced challenge!

​

It’s just £10 a day to attend which includes a healthy lunch, and we're offering some fully funded places for eligible people via the FEAST scheme.

The days will be full of energy, and a brilliant way to stay active, meet new people, and kick-start a lifelong love of fitness.

All of this in the brilliant facility of Commando Mindset Gym a functional strength and conditioning facility designed to make you stronger, fitter and overall more robust. The qualities and values of the Commando Mindset being the backbone of the venue.​

​Running 22nd and 23rd December or  29th and 30th December with Friday 2nd January as a completion Hyrox Sim Day for everyone.​
